If you’ve received an email from [email protected], it was sent on behalf of your landlord. Your landlord uses Rosedoor to manage maintenance on the home you rent from them.

To report an issue, just reply to that email — describe what needs fixing and add a photo if it helps. Your landlord (or someone on their behalf) will see it and arrange the repair. You can reply naturally; you don’t need an account.

We only handle what your landlord asks us to handle. We don’t send marketing, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t do anything with your messages other than pass them on and keep a record. Full detail is in our Privacy Notice.
