I haven't received an invite yet
Your club's coach or admin adds you when your child joins. If you're still waiting, check your spam folder for an email from your club, or get in touch with them directly — Kolva doesn't create parent accounts, only your club does.
I've forgotten my password
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll get a reset link within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, double-check you're using the email your club registered for you.
Which club am I signing in to?
Kolva is the platform — your child's club uses it to run their admin. You sign in once with the email your club used for you, and you'll see everything for that club's sessions, payments, and messages.
I have a question about fees, sessions, or my child's team
Your club handles all of that directly. Once you're signed in, you can message them from the portal. For anything Kolva-specific (technical issues with the site itself), contact us via the help page.
