Parent Dashboard
Your dashboard shows everything about your children's club activities in one place.
What you see
- Your children — Each child with their team, status, and upcoming sessions
- Upcoming sessions — Sessions for the next 2 weeks across all your children
- Outstanding payments — Any fees due with a "Pay Now" button
- Payment history — Recent payments made
- Messages — Latest messages from the club
- Fines — Any fines from missed mandatory sessions
Quick actions
From the dashboard you can quickly:
- Pay an outstanding fee
- View your payment history
- Update your contact details
- Message the club
Navigation
Use the sidebar (or bottom nav on mobile) to access:
- Sessions — Two tabs: My Schedule (your child's upcoming sessions) and Available to Book (tasters and workshops)
- Payments — All payments and history
- Messages — Inbox + Sent + send a message to your club
- Shop — Club merchandise and equipment
- Documents — Requested forms to upload
- Absences — Request time off for your child
- Privacy — Photo consent and data settings
- Profile — Update your details and emergency contact
Voice mode
On mobile, tap the centre microphone icon in the bottom navigation to open Voice mode. Ask questions like “When is Emma's next session?” or “Do I owe anything this month?” and the AI will answer aloud. The button shows live status: Tap to speak → Listening →Thinking → Responding.
Voice can answer questions about your account, but for safety it can't make changes the way the in-app AI Assistant can. To pay an invoice or change your details, use the regular pages.
Mobile app
The parent portal is designed mobile-first. Add Kolva Club to your home screen for an app-like experience. On most phones: open the site in your browser, tap the share button, and select "Add to Home Screen".
