Sessions & Schedule

See all upcoming sessions for your children and sign up for additional sessions.

Two tabs in one place

The Sessions page has two tabs at the top:

• My Schedule (default) — every upcoming session your children are already registered for, over the next 90 days. Includes their team training sessions plus any tasters or workshops they've signed up for.
• Available to Book — taster sessions, workshops, and public events that are open for signup but you haven't booked yet.

My Schedule

Each row shows the session title, type, date and time, location, and which of your children are attending. Multi-child families see each child tagged on their own sessions.

For tasters and workshops you've booked, you'll see a small × next to your child's name — tap it to cancel that signup. Team training sessions can't be cancelled here (use the Absences page if your child can't make a regular session).

Available to Book

Browse the marketplace of bookable sessions. Each card shows:

• Date, time, and venue
• Session type (Taster, Workshop, etc.)
• Price per child (if paid)
• Spots remaining (if capacity is limited)
• Which of your children you've already signed up

Tap Sign Up to book a child onto a session. If the session has a price, the fee is added to your outstanding balance and you pay it from Payments.

Round-trip with the Dashboard

Your Dashboard shows the next 14 days of upcoming sessions as a quick view. The Sessions page's My Schedule tab shows a wider 90-day window of the same data — the dashboard count should always be a subset of what you see here.
